Descriere

  • Create and maintain AI applications, features, services, and integrations through design, development, and testing.
  • Turn business needs into technical designs and practical AI solutions.
  • Build machine learning and generative AI capabilities into applications.
  • Prepare and process data for AI development.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, services, and application components.
  • Assess AI models and applications for accuracy, reliability, performance, usability, and fit with requirements.
  • Write and run tests, fix defects, and strengthen quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Work with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Help deploy, monitor, and improve solutions across development, test, and production environments.
  • Track performance, quality, model drift, and unexpected outputs; investigate and address issues.
  • Follow responsible AI, privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Record technical designs, APIs, model behaviour, testing methods, and operational procedures.
  • Stay informed about AI tools, frameworks, and practices, and suggest improvements.

Cerințe

  • Experience building software applications, AI solutions, machine learning systems, or related technology.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language used for AI development, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Knowledge of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, testing, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with the methods used to develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Experience working with data formats, databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to evaluate technical requirements and turn them into practical, maintainable solutions.
  • Knowledge of software testing, version control, and collaborative development practices.
  • Awareness of responsible AI concerns, including privacy, fairness, transparency, and reliability.
  • Preferred experience with generative AI applications, LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, cloud platforms, containerisation, CI/CD, MLOps, data protection, information security, AI governance, Agile, or a relevant degree, professional training, or certification.
