Descriere

  • Enable analytics and AI across DePuy Synthes global commercial systems and operations.
  • Create and govern authoritative customer datasets, data definitions, quality controls, and reproducible analytical logic.
  • Track and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business systems.
  • Design and assess generative AI applications using safeguards, human review, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate on analytics requests and prioritization for CRM and commercial platforms.
  • Turn unclear business needs into testable hypotheses, analytical plans, and practical deliverables.
  • Establish consistent KPI frameworks and build clear, reliable data models.
  • Explain data structures and insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Follow requirements for data privacy, consent, security, and AI governance.
  • Assess potential bias and fairness issues and recommend appropriate mitigations.
  • Mentor analysts in analytical discipline, SQL practices, and experimentation.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing and customer analytics, including hands-on CRM or lifecycle measurement.
  • Advanced SQL capability, including complex joins, window functions, and common table expressions.
  • Experience analyzing large, complex datasets at scale.
  • Practical experience using Alteryx Designer to build, automate, and optimize complete data workflows.
  • Ability to clean, combine, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong understanding of orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles.
  • Experience converting business questions into hypotheses, analytical methods, recommendations, and suitable data structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Understanding of CRM data privacy practices, including consent, suppression, and personally identifiable information handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials.
  • Preferred experience includes Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Movemedical, Tableau Server, Reltio, AWS, Snowflake, SAP, Redshift, Databricks, customer identity resolution, attribution, generative AI, Power BI, Tableau, and semantic modeling.
