Inside Sales Account Representative – Remote US

HD Supply is hiring a remote Inside Sales Account Representative to grow USABlueBook customer accounts across the United States. The role supports water and wastewater product sales through customer outreach, pricing, quotations, and order coordination.

Descriere

  • Expand an established customer portfolio
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Oversee assigned customers while identifying and responding to their business needs
  • Engage customers through phone and email communications
  • Create new sales opportunities with outbound calls and email outreach
  • Support sales execution through project coordination, open-order monitoring, issue resolution, and customer service
  • Deliver profitable growth by achieving sales quotas
  • Calculate product pricing with pricing matrices and related tools
  • Create product code directives while protecting target margins
  • Complete estimates, material take-offs, and proposals when needed
  • Handle customer order and quotation requests from sales representatives and through phone, email, written correspondence, and fax

Cerințe

  • A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred
  • Additional specialized training or certification may be required
  • Typically, 2–5 years of experience in the relevant area
  • B2B experience and CRM familiarity are advantageous
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Successful completion of a background and drug screening is required
  • Availability for the Monday–Friday shift beginning at 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. Central Time
  • Overnight travel is generally required less than 10% of the time
