Descriere

  • Oversee daily execution of the Mo' Bettahs brand.
  • Work competently in all front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
  • Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean.
  • Grow same-store sales.
  • Manage service speed by monitoring transaction times.
  • Handle customer service issues as the primary contact and oversee customer reviews.
  • Prepare quality food in line with procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards.
  • Plan and lead weekly meetings with the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer.
  • Review employee schedules each week.
  • Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, the People PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, and related tasks.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Mo' Bettahs culture.
  • Follow and enforce company health, safety, sanitation, and security standards.
  • Maintain a neat, clean appearance.
  • Ensure employees follow the policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least two years of experience managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
  • Show a track record of successfully promoting team members.
  • Have experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
  • Be able to make difficult personnel decisions.
  • Embrace and demonstrate Mo' Bettahs values.
  • Show the aloha spirit when working with customers, team members, and vendors.
