Descriere

  • Partner with senior executives on go-to-market strategy, growth programs, M&A opportunities, AI-related challenges, and other priority initiatives
  • Complete three rotations across areas such as Commercial Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and AI, Strategy, Finance, Global Operations, Corporate Development, Legal, and Human Resources
  • Work with business leaders across rotations to address high-priority opportunities and challenges
  • Set project objectives, create execution plans, and own assigned deliverables
  • Use AI tools, business frameworks, and quantitative analysis to assess opportunities, estimate impact, and support implementation
  • Develop productive relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and build support for implementation
  • Help business leaders convert recommendations into practical actions
  • Deliver and present a Capstone Innovation Project to executive leadership

Cerințe

  • Be pursuing or already hold a professional degree such as an MBA, JD, PhD, or MD before the program begins
  • Have a background in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Commercial Sales, Legal, Human Resources, or a related business field
  • Bring 2 to 5 or more years of professional experience before graduation
  • Have experience in business-to-business technology, professional services, consulting, or a comparable environment
  • Have used AI tools or show a clear interest in building AI-related capabilities
  • Communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and explain complex ideas through clear recommendations and thought leadership
  • Demonstrate collaborative problem-solving and a commitment to team outcomes
  • Bring strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Explain insights through effective data-driven storytelling
  • Demonstrate learning agility, leadership potential, business judgment, adaptability, accountability, and ongoing commitment to development
  • Have completed professional degree studies in 2025 or 2026, or expect to finish between August 2026 and May 2027
  • Work from a dedicated LexisNexis office two to three days per week
  • Be able to relocate independently, as relocation assistance is not provided
