Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 5–7 years of relevant experience
- At least three years of management and budget experience
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Broad knowledge of clinical operations and hospital financial and human resources policies and procedures
- Familiarity with hospital and physician reimbursement, external regulations, and legal requirements
- Proficiency with computerized healthcare information systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects at the same time
