Field Engineer, ATM and Communications — Monterrey
Provide preventive and corrective field service for NCR ATMs and communications equipment in Monterrey. Manage service reports, parts, escalations, and operational support.
Descriere
- Service NCR, communications, and other-brand equipment in the field, performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain high-quality service on every assignment
- Maintain NCR ATM technology and communications equipment through preventive and corrective service
- Complete service reports and work-order records
- Update company systems using the company application
- Manage the collection, receipt, return, and delivery of parts
- Coordinate with teams across operations
- Follow escalation procedures and communicate with operational supervisors
Cerințe
- Training as a computer hardware and software technician
- Training in electronics and/or electrical work
- Training in networking
- Training in mechatronics or a related field
- Current type B driver's license
- Ability to use a multimeter
- Reside in the Monterrey metropolitan area
- Availability for occasional weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays, and on-call shifts
- Availability to travel and work in nearby areas
