Description

  • Service NCR, communications, and other-brand equipment in the field, performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Maintain high-quality service on every assignment
  • Maintain NCR ATM technology and communications equipment through preventive and corrective service
  • Complete service reports and work-order records
  • Update company systems using the company application
  • Manage the collection, receipt, return, and delivery of parts
  • Coordinate with teams across operations
  • Follow escalation procedures and communicate with operational supervisors

Requirements

  • Training as a computer hardware and software technician
  • Training in electronics and/or electrical work
  • Training in networking
  • Training in mechatronics or a related field
  • Current type B driver's license
  • Ability to use a multimeter
  • Reside in the Monterrey metropolitan area
  • Availability for occasional weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays, and on-call shifts
  • Availability to travel and work in nearby areas
