Design human-centered digital services for government and public-sector clients as a Designer III at Ad Hoc. Create prototypes, support design systems and accessibility work, and present insights to stakeholders.

Descriere

  • Help teams meet scope, schedule, and delivery commitments
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, government and company stakeholders, and program management teams
  • Complete tactical program work and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Produce discovery artifacts, sketches, rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Support milestone planning and communication while delivering within your area of expertise
  • Work with Senior Designers and participate in mentorship
  • Lead competitive research and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Contribute visual design and brand assets to shared design libraries
  • Collaborate across disciplines to guide discussions and clarify goals
  • Coach and mentor designers through specific, actionable feedback
  • Strengthen storytelling capabilities for persuasive artifacts and presentations
  • Lead human-centered design activities and deliverables
  • Surface risks to leadership and recommend mitigation approaches
  • Potentially create and manage content for highly visible websites or applications in accordance with design guidelines

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience
  • Relevant professional experience may substitute for the education requirement
  • Progressive experience applying design principles and relevant technologies
  • Understanding of collaborating roles and how design work influences business goals
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe, or comparable software
  • Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and environments
  • Knowledge of typography and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of human-centered design processes and deliverables that comply with standards and regulations
  • May lead accessibility work, including Section 508 compliance and awareness of emerging accessibility standards
