Descriere

  • Improve the Office of the CISO operating model through effective planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, governance, and communications.
  • Prepare the CISO for Office of the CIO meetings by organizing and facilitating internal CISO-level sessions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that can scale.
  • Act as the main operational contact for the Office of the CIO.
  • Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between the CISO organization and Office of the CIO.
  • Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when the Director is unavailable.
  • Support budget tracking, headcount planning, annual operating plan inputs, forecasting, actuals reconciliation, and vendor spend oversight.
  • Manage the CISO organization’s complete reporting cycle, covering OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project and program status, and health indicators.
  • Create and maintain weekly updates for executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Set and uphold reporting standards across the program management team.
  • Develop working relationships across the CISO Senior Leadership Team and Office of the CIO.
  • Create executive narratives, agendas, and materials for the Monthly Operating Review, Board of Directors deck, and CISO Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Align stakeholders and move decisions forward without formal authority.
  • Manage and govern the Office of the CISO toolset, including WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Use AI tools to improve office operations and help the broader team develop AI-enabled workflows.
  • Monitor enterprise AI developments and recommend operational workflow enhancements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the Crowd for Crowd program.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, status updates, milestone reporting, and operating cadences.
  • Act as the reporting center for project managers supporting Crowd for Crowd product adoption efforts.
  • Consolidate status information, highlight risks, and maintain leadership visibility across workstreams.
  • Work with product, sales, and event stakeholders to deliver customer-facing commitments.

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success designing and improving processes in a fast-moving technology or cybersecurity organization.
  • Ability to work independently with senior leaders, make recommendations, advance decisions, and represent a team without a manager present.
  • Experience creating executive content and narratives for Office of the CIO, executive leadership, and Board-level audiences.
  • Strong practical knowledge of WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase tool adoption and maintain data integrity across a team.
  • Experience applying AI technologies to support decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and produce business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with budget oversight, workforce planning, and annual operating plan activities.
  • Sound judgment, close attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly understand cybersecurity concepts and organizational priorities.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel about four times annually for offsites, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.
