Descriere

  • Create, test, refine, and maintain AI chatbots, agents, and applications for the Competitive Intelligence team.
  • Expand and speed up market and competitor research.
  • Improve the efficiency of competitive data analysis.
  • Review competitive news and route relevant findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop insights into competitors’ likely strategic moves.
  • Automate the creation and maintenance of competitive sales resources.
  • Review and strengthen competitive resources before they are shared with users.
  • Provide sales teams with relevant, context-rich competitive intelligence.
  • Continue automating responses for the Competitive Intelligence helpdesk.
  • Build and deploy practical AI tools supporting more than 3,500 Sales Representatives, global marketing campaigns, product roadmap decisions, and leadership intelligence.
  • Refine existing AI tools.
  • Deliver at least one working resource-creation agent and one resource-review agent.
  • Raise the Sales support AI agent’s response accuracy above 95%.
  • Support implementation of Competitive Intelligence helpdesk version 2.
  • Design version 2 of the AI-powered technical comparison table builder.
  • Complete one or two additional working projects.
  • Document how delivered solutions are maintained.
  • Work with Competitive Intelligence colleagues and stakeholders, including Sales Representatives, Product Managers, and Product Marketers.

Cerințe

  • Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude chatbots, Cowork projects, Code projects, and Design projects beyond coursework.
  • Working knowledge of agentic tool-use patterns, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and basic orchestration.
  • Experience evaluating LLM output quality by creating test sets, scoring responses, and assessing prompt changes.
  • Familiarity with version-control fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Python for API integration, data parsing, and basic pipeline development.
  • Exposure to SQL, including reading and modifying a simple transformation query.
  • Ability to handle unclear, changing requirements and iterate quickly within a 10-week internship.
  • Comfort interviewing subject-matter experts to understand workflows before automating them.
  • Currently a rising junior or senior bachelor’s student, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university studying AI engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Interest in learning about technology.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to understand and follow the team’s competitive intelligence ethics policy.
  • Must be located in Georgia, USA, as required for the remote/hybrid position.
