Descriere

  • Serve as a senior expert on ISDA agreements, credit support annexes, and related derivatives, clearing, and collateral documentation.
  • Lead complex negotiations and serve as the primary escalation point for negotiation issues.
  • Find root causes and coordinate structured, consistent resolutions among stakeholders.
  • Analyze negotiation data to anticipate issues, guide strategy, and improve outcomes.
  • Work with senior negotiators and business stakeholders to reduce escalation risk and improve client and counterparty experience.
  • Prepare and review documentation, and advise on negotiation strategy.
  • Develop and manage metrics and performance frameworks for the negotiation function.
  • Turn negotiation and operational data into insights, trend analysis, and recommendations.
  • Lead consistent, scalable reporting automation using PRISM and Legal Tech.
  • Create and present executive-level reports and narratives.
  • Set up feedback loops with business partners and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Risk, Operations, Legal, and control teams.
  • Standardize, optimize, and automate documentation and execution workflows.
  • Support quality control and maintain consistency in documentation, reporting, and escalation handling.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and control standards; escalate, manage, and report issues.

Cerințe

  • Bring 10 or more years of relevant experience in financial services, covering derivatives or ISDA documentation negotiation, transaction management, markets operations, or negotiation strategy.
  • Have deep expertise in ISDA Master Agreements, credit support annexes, and collateral documentation.
  • Understand OTC derivatives and/or futures clearing documentation frameworks.
  • Understand financial market products, including rates, foreign exchange, credit, and equities.
  • Understand negotiation processes, documentation standards, and the regulatory environment.
  • Identify trends and patterns in complex data and negotiation activity.
  • Turn findings into practical actions and clear messaging for executives.
  • Have experience with reporting tools, metrics frameworks, or automation initiatives; PRISM and Legal Tech experience is preferred.
  • Communicate and work effectively with others, influence senior stakeholders, and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • An advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
