Business Development Manager – California (Remote)

Descriere

  • Manage an assigned territory spanning performance and health markets
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing-generated inbound leads
  • Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations and coordinate client trials
  • Guide opportunities through the full sales cycle with Contracts and Client Success
  • Meet monthly and quarterly quotas tied to systems sold
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in CRM systems
  • Represent VALD at conferences, events, and industry meetings
  • Demonstrate products in clinical, performance, and tactical environments
  • Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of product trials
  • Develop new leads and uncover additional sales opportunities
  • Use industry knowledge and product expertise to communicate the value of VALD systems

Cerințe

  • Live within 90 minutes of the metropolitan area associated with the role
  • Be able to travel within a three- to four-hour radius of your home
  • Be willing to relocate within 30 days of accepting an offer if located outside the territory
  • Have a background in allied health or performance, such as physical therapy, athletic training, strength and conditioning, or exercise science
  • New graduates may apply; two or more years of field experience are preferred
  • Communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing
  • Be comfortable with cold outreach, including drop-ins, calls, and emails
  • Confidently engage professionals ranging from students to executives
  • Have experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and Microsoft 365
  • Field sales experience is considered when paired with a clinical background and subscription-based sales experience
  • Travel approximately 50%, primarily within the region
  • Have access to a reliable personal vehicle
  • Be able to transport and demonstrate VALD equipment, including carrying items weighing up to approximately 75 pounds
  • Work standard hours with occasional evenings or weekends for conferences, events, or lead follow-up
  • Pass required background screening, including identity and criminal record checks
