Assistant Brand Manager

Descriere

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager with strategy and execution for an established brand and an emerging brand.
  • Oversee projects from planning and scheduling through performance analysis.
  • Create and deliver integrated campaigns to grow brand awareness, attract customers, and build loyalty.
  • Research markets, customers, and competitors.
  • Plan website merchandising and promotions to increase revenue and product trials.
  • Support customer onboarding and engagement through inserts, automated emails, SMS, and other marketing touchpoints.
  • Work with SEO, customer experience, content, operations, sales, customer service, and product development teams.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen retention, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and subscription performance.
  • Keep brand messaging consistent across channels.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning and timeline management through performance analysis.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in improving customer onboarding through inserts, email, SMS, and other touchpoints.
  • Experience improving customer retention, lifetime value, and subscription performance.
  • Experience building, expanding, and managing brand sampling and gifting programs.
  • Strong e-commerce experience, including website merchandising and promotions.
  • Ability to assess marketing performance using ROI, CVR, AOV, and LTV metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Four to six years of experience in brand, digital, or product marketing, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience in subscription businesses, loyalty programs, or pet-related products.
