Assistant Brand Manager

- Support the Senior Brand Manager with strategy and execution for an established brand and an emerging brand.
- Oversee projects from planning and scheduling through performance analysis.
- Create and deliver integrated campaigns to grow brand awareness, attract customers, and build loyalty.
- Research markets, customers, and competitors.
- Plan website merchandising and promotions to increase revenue and product trials.
- Support customer onboarding and engagement through inserts, automated emails, SMS, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Work with SEO, customer experience, content, operations, sales, customer service, and product development teams.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen retention, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and subscription performance.
- Keep brand messaging consistent across channels.

- Skilled in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise in improving customer onboarding through inserts, email, SMS, and other touchpoints.
- Experience improving customer retention, lifetime value, and subscription performance.
- Experience building, expanding, and managing brand sampling and gifting programs.
- Strong e-commerce experience, including website merchandising and promotions.
- Ability to assess marketing performance using ROI, CVR, AOV, and LTV metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Four to six years of experience in brand, digital, or product marketing, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in subscription businesses, loyalty programs, or pet-related products.
