Descriere

  • Oversee daily operations for the DevOps team.
  • Align product design and development with business operations and production needs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to put the DevOps strategy into practice.
  • Build and implement operational capabilities, processes, tools, and procedures.
  • Guide products and portfolios through their lifecycle and agile development into production.
  • Promote collaborative development and continuous integration, identifying integration risks early.
  • Test and deploy processes that are iterative, frequent, repeatable, and reliable.
  • Run delivery pipelines for automated, continuous deployment and testing.
  • Track and verify operational quality, enabling automated testing.
  • Resolve ticket outcomes to protect production uptime and quality.
  • Lead team members and groups, assigning responsibilities and work packages.
  • Coordinate system, acceptance, and software security testing.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
  • Manage enhancements and ensure support requests comply with established standards and procedures.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field.
  • Relevant DevOps certification is preferred.
  • Agile certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with certification.
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby, with certification.
  • Substantial experience in software development and support.
  • Substantial experience deploying software solutions for clients in outsourced or similar IT environments.
  • Substantial experience working across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Programming or development experience using Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Several years of demonstrated team management experience.
  • Technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, data validation, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and solution sustainability.
  • Expert technical knowledge of DevOps, monitoring and management tools, and deployment processes and tools.
  • Skills in people, risk, change, and project management.
  • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality management methods, techniques, and principles.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
  • Technical understanding of development and platform engineering.
  • Customer focus, collaboration, planning, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Practical understanding of established DevOps principles.
