Descriere

  • Create, test, deploy, and support Python applications, reusable services, and APIs for Legal AI
  • Develop REST APIs with Python frameworks such as FastAPI
  • Build ingestion and processing workflows for PDF, Microsoft Office, text, email, structured, and unstructured content
  • Deliver AI-assisted summarization, question answering, information extraction, classification, and conversational features
  • Help expand Ask Legal chatbot functionality
  • Connect applications to Legal AI vendor platforms through APIs, SDKs, web services, and MCP patterns
  • Create and maintain AI orchestration workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, or approved alternatives
  • Develop tools, functions, prompts, state handling, routing, and multi-step agent workflows
  • Enable AI agents through Microsoft Copilot Studio and approved enterprise AI platforms
  • Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
  • Build Elasticsearch search and retrieval functionality
  • Use relational, document, vector, and graph databases
  • Apply secure software engineering practices within a regulated enterprise
  • Create automated unit, integration, API, and regression tests
  • Join code reviews, design sessions, troubleshooting efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Legal stakeholders, product managers, architects, platform teams, cybersecurity, risk partners, and engineers
  • Diagnose production and non-production issues
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
  • Lead proofs of concept and technical spikes
  • Share expertise and develop reusable components and engineering patterns

Cerințe

  • Proven hands-on experience building enterprise applications and services with Python
  • Experience designing and implementing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar Python frameworks
  • Strong command of object-oriented programming, modular design, exception handling, dependency management, and reusable components
  • Experience processing PDFs and other unstructured documents with Python libraries and content-extraction frameworks
  • Familiarity with tools such as PyMuPDF, pypdf, pdfplumber, Apache Tika, Unstructured, or python-docx
  • Experience integrating applications through REST APIs, SDKs, authentication methods, and JSON
  • Experience writing automated unit and integration tests with pytest or comparable frameworks
  • Working knowledge of relational or non-relational databases and application data-access patterns
  • Understanding of secure API and application development practices
  • Experience using Git-based source control and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical problems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile product-development environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies and AI engineering methods
  • Desired experience includes AI or generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, RAG, Elasticsearch, vector or graph databases, MCP, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, OCR, multimodal processing, AI evaluation, responsible AI, observability, or legal technology platforms
