Descriere

  • Reach prospective advertisers by email and Instagram using approved scripts.
  • Invite businesses to join upcoming publication issues and advertising campaigns.
  • Review supplied business lists and find additional suitable contacts.
  • Carry out outreach consistently each day.
  • Record responses and flag businesses that show interest.
  • Add interested businesses to the relevant MailerLite campaign or contact list.
  • Confirm receipt of campaign information with follow-up messages.
  • Respond to basic questions about participation using approved materials.
  • Send follow-ups and reminders about deadlines.
  • Direct interested businesses to the correct sign-up details.
  • Keep contact records, communication notes, and follow-up statuses accurate.
  • Sort email and Instagram messages that need further attention.
  • Log outreach in spreadsheets or approved systems.
  • Keep track of campaign deadlines and unanswered replies.
  • Share regular updates on outreach progress.
  • Take on related administrative duties as they are added.
  • Provide assigned services that support client efficiency, service delivery, and operations.

Cerințe

  • Work as an offshore independent contractor.
  • Role is listed at the entry or junior experience tier.
  • Strong written English is required.
  • Follow scripts and established procedures.
  • Administrative, lead generation, or outreach experience is preferred.
  • Experience with email and social media communications is preferred.
  • MailerLite experience is preferred.
  • Spreadsheet or basic contact-tracking experience is preferred.
  • Know how to use email platforms, Instagram, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and basic contact-tracking systems.
  • Be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Be comfortable with recurring outreach and follow-ups.
  • Complete assigned tasks consistently and accountably.
  • Work independently from established instructions.
  • Be willing to learn and take on related responsibilities.
  • Be available for 20 contracted hours each week, Monday through Friday.
  • English is the preferred language.
  • Strong written English is required; preferred accent level is A–C.
  • Work under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
  • Provide services as an independent contractor, not an employee.
