Descriere

  • Grow sales and actively acquire new customers across Łódź Voivodeship and parts of Silesian Voivodeship.
  • Develop long-term business relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare customer proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from customer acquisition through project implementation.
  • Coordinate activities among customers, production, customer service, and other organizational teams.
  • Assess customer needs and initiate new product and packaging solutions.
  • Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and business analyses.
  • Maintain high-quality data in CRM systems and other organizational tools.
  • Spend approximately 40% of working time in customer meetings, business development, and field sales activities, with the remaining 60% focused on project coordination, data analysis, systems work, and administrative and operational tasks.

Cerințe

  • University degree.
  • B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in project-based sales.
  • A demonstrated record of acquiring new customers and expanding a business portfolio.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and confidence working with sales reports and data.
  • Very good English proficiency at a minimum B2 level; this is essential.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Self-directed, resilient under pressure, and highly accountable for assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Valid category B driving licence.
  • Natural motivation to win new customers and grow the business.
