Senior Product Designer, Healthcare AI
Lead design for Abby Care’s AI-powered family-care products, from caregiver research and design systems to compliant, human-reviewed healthcare features.

- Report to the Head of Product.
- Lead product initiatives from discovery and journey mapping through prototyping and delivery.
- Partner with product, engineering, and company leaders to shape the roadmap, turn business goals into design solutions, and define success measures.
- Plan and conduct research with family caregivers.
- Use qualitative feedback and behavioral data to guide design decisions.
- Develop and maintain Abby Care’s design systems and component libraries.
- Write design specifications, address edge cases, and partner with engineers on practical, high-quality implementation.
- Give design feedback and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Improve design team processes and standards.
- Create adaptive, AI-driven digital experiences for caregivers.
- Develop a lasting design system and clear information architecture.
- Design intuitive cross-platform tools for family caregivers, clinicians, and operators.
- Launch AI-assisted features with human oversight that meet strict healthcare regulations.
Prasības
- At least five years of progressive product design experience.
- Demonstrated success shipping impactful digital products.
- Experience in healthcare, health technology, or complex multi-sided platforms is a strong advantage.
- A portfolio showing strong UX and visual design, complex problem-solving, and end-to-end design work.
- Experience creating or substantially contributing to scalable, enterprise-grade design systems.
- Substantial experience with user research, usability testing, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Strong grasp of technical constraints, system architecture, and front-end feasibility.
- Excellent storytelling and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders outside design.
- Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and advocate for design decisions.
- Empathy for users and a commitment to supporting family caregivers.
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States or able to work there without sponsorship from Abby Care.
