Program Manager 3, Operations and Integration — Northrop Grumman

Lead operating strategy, execution, and integration for a Northrop Grumman Operating Unit. Oversee leadership reporting, risks, schedules, metrics, and coordination across teams.

Apraksts

  • Establish operating routines across the Operating Unit, producing weekly status updates, executive communications, and timely action follow-up.
  • Organize and lead staff meetings, using focused agendas, calendar reviews, task and risk tracking, and analysis to inform decisions.
  • Work with employees and leaders to understand needs and expectations and support a positive, engaging team culture.
  • Coordinate team execution, including calendars, task tracking, customer engagement, and internal deliverables.
  • Coordinate communications, planning, and collaboration for internal logistics and integrator work across the Operating Unit.
  • Lead team and cross-functional discussions to identify issues, align stakeholders, and resolve actions on time.
  • Find bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Oversee strategic projects and deliverables, build partnerships, develop program plans, and maintain accountability.
  • Bring metrics together and create or refine dashboards, including through digital transformation efforts.
  • Prepare Operating Unit leaders for meetings and events by reviewing agendas, gathering and synthesizing information, and developing pre-briefs and advance materials.
  • Report to the Operating Unit Director and serve as the Operating Unit’s Chief of Staff.

Prasības

  • A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience; a STEM bachelor’s degree and 9 years; a master’s degree and 8 years; or a STEM master’s degree and 7 years.
  • Relevant experience in project or program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
  • Experience managing risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and cost, schedule, and risk trade-offs.
  • An active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance, with a background investigation completed within the past 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain subsequent SAP PARs after starting employment.
  • An applicable active Special Access Program (SAP) clearance is preferred.
  • An active U.S. Government Top Secret SCI clearance is preferred.
  • Experience preparing presentations for executive audiences is preferred.
  • A STEM degree is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of profit and loss (P&L) program management experience on a Department of Defense program is preferred.
  • Proposal and customer management experience is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) is preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for positions that require a government clearance.
