Service retail electromechanical equipment and self-checkout systems for NCR Voyix across an assigned territory. Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment while responding to service needs.

Apraksts

  • Install, maintain, and service customer equipment through timely service calls.
  • Maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.
  • Complete repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
  • Serve as customers’ first point of response.
  • Work with customers to identify suitable solutions.
  • Organize and prioritize customer issues.
  • Anticipate and address some customer problems before they occur.
  • Complete formal training to deliver required customer services.
  • Service or replace network equipment, including access points and switches.

Prasības

  • Be a local candidate in the specified geographic area.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and have a driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.
  • Have PC and basic electronics skills, plus familiarity with relevant hardware and operating systems.
  • Be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be able to travel for extended periods and drive several hours per day.
  • Be available for rotating and weekend shifts.
  • Work flexible rotating morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including some holidays.
  • Be able to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Be able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, perform hand work, and repeatedly grasp and manipulate objects.
  • Be willing to train on and operate small-scale scissor lifts.
  • Pass applicable screening criteria as a condition of employment.
