Apraksts

  • Set strategic and operational direction for a five-person marketing team.
  • Own DACH marketing across SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, and content.
  • Grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage organic marketing and communications with prospects and customers, including Shore Voice, lead nurturing, AEO, and SEO.
  • Oversee tracking systems built with HubSpot, GA4, and n8n.
  • Use data to continually improve marketing performance.
  • Build and expand AI-driven marketing and automation workflows.
  • Plan and run pricing and packaging experiments.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence.
  • Create dashboards, models, and decision frameworks to prioritize data-led marketing initiatives.

Prasības

  • Several years in a marketing leadership position, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a team of four to five or more.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO, performance marketing, and marketing measurement infrastructure.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and automation, including n8n and LLM-powered workflows, beyond basic prompting.
  • Strong analytical ability and a data-informed approach to decisions.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct management authority.
  • Clear, direct communication and strong initiative.
  • Very good German and English.
