- Install, maintain, and service customer equipment through timely service calls.
- Maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.
- Complete repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
- Serve as customers’ first point of response.
- Work with customers to identify suitable solutions.
- Organize and prioritize customer issues.
- Anticipate and address some customer problems before they occur.
- Complete formal training to deliver required customer services.
- Service or replace network equipment, including access points and switches.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be a local candidate in the specified geographic area.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.
- Have PC and basic electronics skills, plus familiarity with relevant hardware and operating systems.
- Be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to travel for extended periods and drive several hours per day.
- Be available for rotating and weekend shifts.
- Work flexible rotating morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including some holidays.
- Be able to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
- Be able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, perform hand work, and repeatedly grasp and manipulate objects.
- Be willing to train on and operate small-scale scissor lifts.
- Pass applicable screening criteria as a condition of employment.
