Apraksts

  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize software, technology, marketing, advertising, intercompany, and vendor contracts.
  • Guide teams on marketing, advertising, intellectual property, consumer regulations, and other legal matters affecting the business and its products.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and other teams to evaluate legal risks and shape commercially practical solutions.
  • Contribute to international, cross-functional projects that support Hostinger’s growth.
  • Create and maintain legal templates, playbooks, contract management systems, and a legal knowledge base.
  • Apply AI and legal technology to automate and improve legal workflows.

Prasības

  • Hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
  • Have at least five years of legal experience after graduation.
  • Bring demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
  • Explain complex legal language in clear, actionable terms for business teams.
  • Assess legal risks effectively.
  • Be organized, pragmatic, and an effective communicator.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-moving setting and balancing priorities across teams.
  • Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
