Lead Bala Consulting Engineers’ Baltimore electrical team and MEP project delivery. Oversee technical quality, staff development, budgets, client relationships, and department growth.

Prasības

  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical and fire alarm design.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Maryland professional engineer (PE) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Strong technical writing and software skills, including Revit.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
