Apraksts

  • Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing from initial sign-up through ongoing member engagement
  • Plan, create, deliver and improve communications that support activation, cross-sell and retention
  • Design and manage member journeys covering onboarding, activation, cross-sell, retention and reactivation
  • Create audience segments, write and test campaigns, and use data to guide message, audience and timing decisions
  • Develop onboarding sequences for newly launched employers
  • Find drop-offs between sign-up and first use, then test ways to improve conversion
  • Create ongoing campaigns for existing members
  • Track conversion between journey stages and CRM’s contribution to active users and revenue
  • Report to the Head of Marketing

Prasības

  • At least three years of hands-on experience with one or more major CRM platforms
  • At least two years of experience writing clear, persuasive consumer copy
  • Confidence with audience segmentation, A/B testing and reporting
  • Start-up experience managing tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Fintech or financial services experience, including familiarity with financial promotions rules, is a plus
  • Experience building effective AI workflows is a plus
  • Experience creating and optimising automated consumer app journeys using push notifications and in-app messaging alongside email is a plus
