- Source and engage talent across leading technology hubs and companies worldwide.
- Reach passive candidates through considered outreach and networking.
- Help build an AI-first recruitment toolkit with AI agents, technical communities, and nontraditional sourcing channels.
- Build lasting relationships with passive candidates around the world.
- Guide candidates from introductory calls through offer acceptance.
- Provide clear, respectful, high-quality interactions throughout the candidate journey.
- Run structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.
- Share concise, useful candidate assessments with hiring managers and leadership.
- Work with founders and team leads to improve hiring processes.
- Reduce operational friction as the company grows beyond 100 employees.
- Support employer branding and efforts to make EverAI a destination for AI talent.
Reikalavimai
- At least three years of recruitment experience, including two or more years in tech recruiting.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up.
- Global sourcing experience, including talent from major hubs in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- A hands-on approach and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.
- Humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Comfort with recruiting for products involving uncensored models and content.
- AI recruiting experience or familiarity with the AI sector is a plus.
- Experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a plus.
