Aprašymas

  • Translate media production needs into a unified technology vision and technical solutions.
  • Promote a shared enterprise architecture vision, clarifying stakeholder roles, responsibilities and priorities.
  • Advance the architecture practice and lead the shift from hardware-centric to software-centric media production systems.
  • Connect production systems strategy with data governance, risk management and information security, and track its implementation and effectiveness.
  • Design, document and communicate current and target architectures for major initiatives and vendor system replacements.
  • Document high-level architectures spanning business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure.
  • Align enterprise investments with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure architecture decisions meet organizational policies, industry practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Set and uphold architecture governance processes and standards.
  • Assess emerging technologies for their potential value to the organization.
  • Coach and mentor architects, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Report to the Director of Media Systems Architecture.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science at minimum.
  • Professional Engineer designation is an asset.
  • At least five years of experience in enterprise or systems architecture and/or business strategy and operations planning.
  • At least ten years of experience in solution or technical architecture and application development.
  • Knowledge of production systems ecosystems, including playout, editing systems, cloud platforms, on-premises and hybrid solutions.
  • Understanding of business, operating and financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models and frameworks.
  • Understanding of project-centric and product-centric operating models.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and situational awareness to navigate enterprise challenges and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ability to weigh long-term and short-term consequences against organizational goals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Candidates may be asked to complete skills and knowledge assessments.
  • Successful candidates must complete a criminal record check; additional background checks may apply.
