Aprašymas

  • Lead requirements and process workshops in German with business users.
  • Assess gaps across Dynamics 365 configuration, customizations, and business processes.
  • Document target processes and solution designs for delivery teams.
  • Present and justify solution designs to business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business testing and secure sign-off.
  • Help stakeholders transition to live use.
  • Share findings, risks, and options with the programme in English.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the engagement.

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 6–7 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM.
  • Have experience with Sales, Customer Service, or both.
  • Have delivered discovery and fit-gap analysis as a defined work product, with written examples demonstrating this experience.
  • Speak German fluently enough to lead workshops and write solution designs.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Be comfortable working remotely with business stakeholders who are not met in person.
  • Be based in the UK or Europe.
  • Have the right to work in the country where you are based.
  • Work on a contract through Yadimen Consulting Limited.
