Reikalavimai

  • At least 6–12 months of experience in remote medical interpretation
  • C1 English proficiency, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE
  • ALTA score of 9+ or LanguageStat/PICSI score of 75%–80%+ preferred; certification must have been issued within the past 12 months
  • Strong command of medical and customer service terminology
  • HIPAA and FWA certifications, or willingness to obtain them
  • Pass a clean background check
  • Use a hardwired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Windows 10 or later computer with at least 4GB RAM
  • Private, quiet workspace
  • English-Spanish proficiency
  • Must be based in Latin America
