- At least 6–12 months of experience in remote medical interpretation
- C1 English proficiency, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE
- ALTA score of 9+ or LanguageStat/PICSI score of 75%–80%+ preferred; certification must have been issued within the past 12 months
- Strong command of medical and customer service terminology
- HIPAA and FWA certifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Pass a clean background check
- Use a hardwired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Windows 10 or later computer with at least 4GB RAM
- Private, quiet workspace
- English-Spanish proficiency
- Must be based in Latin America
