  • Lead operations teams across urgent care and expansion business lines.
  • Manage key P&L areas while protecting the member care experience.
  • Promote responsible AI use, automation, and process improvements.
  • Build, test, launch, and refine AI-powered workflows.
  • Prioritize improvement projects for strong returns.
  • Recommend tools that help teams work more efficiently.
  • Manage supply and demand models across business lines.
  • Work with data science to improve forecasting algorithms.
  • Create and oversee long-term capacity plans and models.
  • Improve clinician staffing processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Set up automated tracking and oversight for clinician licenses and credentials.
  • Help manage external licensing and credentialing vendors.
  • Forecast licensing and credentialing needs and resolve payer credentialing delays.
  • Improve medical kit delivery, inventory, forecasting, and costs while maintaining device quality.
  • Automate customer support while preserving personalized service.
  • Partner with product and engineering on roadmap work.
  • Build working relationships across clinical, growth, product, and leadership teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Translate data and project updates into practical insights and leadership recommendations.
  • Manage and coach functional leads, including managers and individual contributors.
  • Report to the Vice President of Operations.

Reikalavimai

  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations.
  • A strong focus on process and attention to detail.
  • A record of solving complex operational challenges effectively.
  • Interest in automation, operational tools, and AI.
  • A history of surpassing financial and operational targets.
  • Strong quantitative judgment and the ability to combine data analysis with qualitative insight.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, decisive judgment, and success in a fast-growing environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and alignment across clinical, growth, product, and leadership teams.
  • Experience owning margins, costs, or P&L is preferred.
  • Familiarity with telehealth staffing processes, software, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinician licensing, Medicaid enrollment, and payer credentialing is preferred.
  • Experience managing international supply chains from sourcing and packaging through third-party logistics fulfillment and last-mile delivery is preferred.
  • People management experience and the ability to coach and develop direct reports are preferred.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.
