  • Lead supply operations for specialized expert domains and their teams.
  • Manage expert contributors from onboarding through project assignment.
  • Develop project staffing plans covering role mix, peak capacity, ramp timing, and sourcing mix.
  • Maintain a pre-vetted expert pool sized to projected demand.
  • Reassign experts from ending projects before sourcing additional talent.
  • Match qualified experts to work based on credentials, domain fit, and past performance.
  • Work with Delivery to identify what drives quality and acceptance, then improve vetting and matching.
  • Track staffing targets, supply speed, assignment rates, and how quickly new experts find work.
  • Identify and address performance gaps.
  • Serve as the primary Supply contact for pod leaders.
  • Turn changing priorities into supply actions and raise constraints with possible solutions.
  • Write standard operating procedures and support their automation.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition and recruiting, Delivery, Expert Experience, BPO partners, and analytics.

  • At least four years in supply, workforce, staffing, or marketplace operations, or a comparable role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing, allocating, or managing a pool of specialized talent.
  • Experience making trade-off decisions when demand exceeds available supply.
  • Ability to retrieve data using SQL or a business intelligence tool.
  • Experience with a system of record such as Airtable, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
  • Experience building capacity plans or forecasts, including scenario planning.
  • A track record of organizing ambiguous processes, documenting them in standard operating procedures, implementing them, and improving them.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • High ownership, initiative, and judgment about when to escalate issues that require decisions.
  • Experience with credentialed or highly specialized professionals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with credentialing, license verification, or regulated data is preferred.
  • Experience with AI training data, annotation, or expert-in-the-loop work is preferred.
