Senior General Manager, Business Technology Solutions
Lead Toyota Financial Services UK’s technology governance, change delivery and operations. Oversee cybersecurity, service delivery, infrastructure, vendor relationships and business continuity.

- Co-lead domestic Business Technology Solutions with the Head of BTS & InfoSec.
- Oversee governance, portfolio and change management, applications, service delivery, technical operations and their day-to-day execution.
- Manage BTS people, finances, assets, vendors and partners.
- Build relationships with internal customers and external vendors and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement across BTS and support improvement work in other departments.
- Lead staff in keeping with TFSUK’s inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring remediation is completed effectively and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, UK GDPR, FCA guidance and rules, ISO 27001 and other applicable requirements.
- Contribute to BTS strategy and take ownership of its business objectives.
- Connect BTS priorities to business objectives and explain how the function supports them.
- Introduce BTS and the wider business to new technologies, services and processes.
- Lead BTS business change.
- Own portfolio governance and frameworks.
- Lead the Service Desk and customer interactions.
- Own domestic cybersecurity.
- Oversee data centre operations.
- Provide infrastructure management services to sister company Kinto UK.
- Oversee testing and application support.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships.
- Own domestic business continuity and disaster recovery for systems and services.
- Manage budgets and cost control.
- Oversee audit remediation.
- Govern development of the integration layer.
- Maintain policies and procedures.

- At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology or IT role.
- Experience in financial services.
- A record of leading change delivery, including oversight and governance, change frameworks, system implementations and operations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to develop people’s potential and shape teams to maximise business delivery.
- Ability to translate business information into effective IT plans, and IT information back into business terms.
- Ability to prioritise and deliver tasks across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Experience managing third-party providers and partners.
- Prince2 or a similar qualification is desirable.
- An ITIL qualification is desirable.
- Experience managing Service Desk, technical or infrastructure, or project delivery functions is desirable.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials is desirable.
- Experience with financial management, budgets and cost control is desirable.
- Information security or cybersecurity experience is desirable.
