  • Set and deliver a multi-year data, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML strategy for US life insurance.
  • Lead Data Engineering and AI/ML teams and bring their work together in an enterprise intelligence capability.
  • Set the vision, roadmap, operating model, and investment priorities for enterprise intelligence.
  • Build a business-aligned portfolio of data products, analytics, reports, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Work with executives and functional leaders to clarify key decisions, agree on shared metrics, and turn business needs into scalable intelligence capabilities.
  • Consolidate fragmented reports, dashboards, data pipelines, and analytical tools.
  • Set standards for enterprise metrics, semantic definitions, master and reference data, metadata, lineage, data quality, and data stewardship.
  • Ensure data and AI solutions meet expectations for security, privacy, compliance, resilience, model risk, auditability, and third-party oversight.
  • Guide the modernization of data platforms and integration patterns.
  • Create an enterprise reporting experience that delivers actionable, governed insights.
  • Set and communicate outcome measures for adoption, data quality, delivery speed, platform reliability, reporting efficiency, insight use, and business value.
  • Build data literacy and responsible AI skills through communication, enablement, communities of practice, and hands-on collaboration.
  • Report to the CTO for US Life Insurance and work across executive leadership, operations, distribution, marketing, product, finance, compliance, and technology.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, analytics, business, or a related field.
  • Substantial progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, reporting, AI/ML, or related technology functions.
  • Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise data and analytics strategy in a complex, regulated organization.
  • Practical knowledge of modern data architecture, cloud data platforms, integration, data products, governance, DataOps, MLOps, and the AI/ML lifecycle.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to make complex topics clear and build alignment across varied stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead transformation, influence without direct authority, resolve competing priorities, and sustain adoption through change.
  • Strong talent leadership, including attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining specialized data and AI professionals.
  • Knowledge of life insurance models, products, distribution, underwriting, policy administration, actuarial work, claims, finance, and regulatory reporting is a plus.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
