  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Create apps, custom forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
  • Use Dataverse and model-driven apps when appropriate.
  • Apply best practices for solution management, deployment, documentation, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, navigation, and search.
  • Deliver SharePoint customizations with SPFx, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and modern development practices.
  • Advise clients on information architecture, governance, document management, collaboration, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Migrate content to SharePoint and Teams.
  • Contribute to intranet, migration, governance, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Prioritize configuration-based solutions over custom development where practical.
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Convert business needs into solution designs, user stories, estimates, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee solutions from design and development through testing, deployment, training, documentation, and support handover.
  • Report project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Create technical and user documentation.
  • Support SharePoint and Power Platform incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
  • Resolve issues and manage requests within agreed service levels.
  • Distinguish support activities from larger project work and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Assist with solution scoping, estimates, demonstrations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Provide delivery expertise during solution design and planning.
  • Work with consultants, developers, project managers, and service teams.
  • Take part in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, records management, and information protection requirements.
  • Use secure development practices and least-privilege access principles.
  • Protect client information and access credentials.
  • Complete other activities assigned by the manager.
  • Build job knowledge through Microsoft learning, hands-on experimentation, peer collaboration, and company-wide initiatives and meetings.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Power Platform solutions, especially with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and requirements-gathering experience.
  • Experience supporting and enhancing live Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of migrations, governance, and information architecture is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Understanding of Dataverse, solution management, and Power Platform environments.
  • Experience with SPFx, TypeScript or JavaScript, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, identity, permissions, and governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities across integrations, configuration, data, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-discovery capabilities.
  • Ability to estimate, plan, and manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-focused approach to testing, documentation, and solution handover.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Azure are highly desirable.
  • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System, including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
