- Share relevant information and marketing materials with prospects
- Handle the sales line and lead-related voicemail messages
- Help prospects identify the most suitable community and floor plan
- Work with lead-management software
- Develop and distribute recurring email campaigns
- Monitor and report lead activity and sales conversion metrics
- Keep website content current
- Monitor third-party websites and digital advertising
- Research competitors and their online activity
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned
- Report to the Sales Manager

- At least two years of customer service experience
- A personable, customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
- Experience with sales contact management databases
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
- Ability to stay focused in an unstructured environment with limited supervision
- Effective multitasking and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn and follow an established sales process
- Comfort using computer applications
- Experience in new home sales is not required
