Description

Respond promptly to email and phone leads
Assess prospects according to their needs
Follow up consistently with online prospects to schedule appointments with the Onsite Sales Agent
Share relevant information and marketing materials with prospects
Handle the sales line and lead-related voicemail messages
Help prospects identify the most suitable community and floor plan
Work with lead-management software
Develop and distribute recurring email campaigns
Monitor and report lead activity and sales conversion metrics
Keep website content current
Monitor third-party websites and digital advertising
Research competitors and their online activity
Handle other responsibilities as assigned
Report to the Sales Manager

Requirements

At least two years of customer service experience
A personable, customer-focused approach
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
Experience with sales contact management databases
Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
Ability to stay focused in an unstructured environment with limited supervision
Effective multitasking and time-management abilities
Willingness to learn and follow an established sales process
Comfort using computer applications
Experience in new home sales is not required
