- Three to five years of laboratory experience in formulation or application testing is preferred.
- Chemical industry experience is required; performance chemicals experience is an advantage.
- Experience with defoamers.
- Experience with wetting agents.
- Experience with thickeners and dispersants.
- Experience with wax dispersions or micronized waxes.
- Experience with powder additives for construction.
- Experience serving coatings, adhesives, inks, and building and construction markets.
- Residence in the Mid-Atlantic region is required; the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area is preferred.
- Able to travel in the field 60% of the time, including customer visits three days per week and overnight travel for up to two weeks per month.
