Benelux Account Executive – Laboratory Instruments
Grow IKA’s customer base for laboratory and analytical instruments across the Benelux region. The role combines consultative sales, product demonstrations, and customer relationship management.

- Grow and manage the customer base across the assigned sales territory
- Advise customers and sell laboratory and analytical instruments
- Demonstrate products and deliver marketing events at customer sites or IKA’s Staufen headquarters
- Plan and run tabletop product shows
- Arrange in-house exhibitions and attend international trade fairs
- Track market and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
- Submit regular updates to the team
- Keep customer records current in the CRM system
- Increase sales and strengthen customer relationships across Benelux
Талаптар
- A degree in a natural science such as biology, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or microbiology, or a comparable technical qualification
- Ideally, one to two years of direct sales experience, preferably in the laboratory or analytical sector
- Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch
- Clear communication and negotiation skills, with a confident, professional manner
- Strong self-motivation and goal focus, with an organized approach to work
- A practical, solution-focused mindset and strong customer orientation
- A valid driving licence
- Comfort using Windows and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Based in or near Antwerp, or willing to relocate there
