- Build and maintain group-wide contract management across the full contract lifecycle
- Create and implement standards, processes, and governance frameworks
- Continuously improve contract management standards, processes, and governance frameworks
- Support and further develop the contract management system in partnership with IT
- Coordinate collaboration with MERKUR GROUP companies in Germany and abroad
- Help implement standardized contract management processes
- Contribute to projects involving multiple business functions
- Assume increasing responsibility for expanding the contract management function

- Completed commercial or legal vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
- Some professional experience in contract management
- Knowledge of project management, document management, compliance, or digitalization is desirable
- Interest in designing and improving processes and using digital systems
- Structured, self-directed, and solution-focused working style
- Good English proficiency
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork
