  • Work with the CFO and Finance leadership to convert corporate strategy into clear operational and financial priorities.
  • Support company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Evaluate financial performance indicators and surface risks, opportunities, and key decisions for the CFO.
  • Coordinate integration across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, revenue cycle, investor relations, and commercial operations.
  • Lead high-priority initiatives involving financial transformation, cost efficiency, M&A diligence, and capital allocation.
  • Develop and review materials for Board meetings, quarterly earnings, and investor presentations.
  • Prepare executive communications, talking points, and strategic briefs for the CFO.
  • Coordinate Finance input for strategic planning, long-range forecasts, and portfolio evaluations.
  • Act as the connection point between the CFO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CFO’s operating rhythm, including staff meetings, leadership offsites, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional forums.
  • Monitor initiatives, deliverables, and performance measures to reinforce ownership and completion.
  • Find and remove operational obstacles across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Investor Relations.
  • Work with HR and Communications to build Finance culture, engagement, and internal communication.
  • Provide informed counsel and serve as a sounding board for the CFO and CFO Lead Team.
  • Advise on high-priority internal projects and represent the CFO in selected meetings, committees, and initiatives.
  • Help cultivate the next generation of Finance leaders.

  • Bring 10–15 years of increasing responsibility in finance, management consulting, strategy, or operations leadership.
  • Understand healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences business models and revenue drivers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional executive communication, analytical judgment, and organizational ability.
  • Show a record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering results through influence.
  • Have experience partnering closely with C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • An MBA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in person, virtually, and in writing with executive and enterprise audiences.
  • Analyze complex information, create presentations, and stay focused and composed while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Use hands and fingers regularly for keyboard work, presentation creation, and document preparation.
  • Read and interpret financial reports, presentations, and electronic communications.
  • Have sufficient hearing for group discussions and video conferences.
