Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst

Support PNC banking operations by executing funds transfers, reconciling transactions, resolving exceptions, and monitoring processing activity. Maintain regulatory controls while coordinating transaction approvals and operational testing.

Description

  • Process funds transfers across multiple transaction types and processing platforms.
  • Initiate manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval for initiated or repaired transactions.
  • Complete high-level financial reconciliations for processed transactions.
  • Investigate reconciliation exceptions at the initial review stage.
  • Monitor live transaction activity across multiple processing applications.
  • Apply established policies and procedures when addressing exceptions.
  • Escalate unresolved exceptions and material operational issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain compliance with the applicable control framework.
  • Identify and report potential regulatory conflicts.
  • Support basic change management work, including regression testing for operational users.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Typically at least three years of related experience.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may replace the degree requirement.
  • Knowledge of treasury services and wire transfer and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes.
  • Experience with account reconciliations, application processing, control frameworks, financial accounting, transaction processing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Consistent accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and applications at the same time.
  • Experience identifying, researching, and resolving exceptions and processing issues.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST.
  • If approved for remote work, ability to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace.
  • Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT are not available.
  • May be subject to additional background checks required under a specific government client contract.
