Description
- Provide technical support to assess laboratory workflows across pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and chemical materials applications
- Analyze customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Design experiments independently and conduct pre-sales sample analyses
- Promote Agilent liquid chromatography products and develop tailored analytical solutions
- Work with sales and after-sales teams to support liquid chromatography and single quadrupole instruments throughout the customer lifecycle
- Provide technical input throughout the sales process to strengthen customer relationships and improve win rates
- Advance company priorities by creating regional action plans informed by market and customer conditions
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, materials science, pharmaceutical science, or a related discipline
- At least three years of relevant analytical experience
- Working knowledge of liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometry hardware
- Familiarity with applications, market trends, and competitive offerings from leading brands
- Ability to work independently
- Innovative mindset and willingness to take on challenges
- Willingness to travel 30%–40% of the time
- Strong interest in learning and self-motivation
- Effective teamwork skills
