Technical Product Manager, Fund Services — Dublin (On-site)

Lead the strategy and delivery of scalable fund-services products in Dublin. Translate client, market, and business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and Agile outcomes.

Description

  • Identify emerging market needs and opportunities for new product development
  • Define requirements for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Assess the legal, regulatory, technical, and operational context of product opportunities
  • Design and conceptualise product solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements
  • Create and document detailed use cases
  • Help Product Heads assess commercial desirability, viability, and technical feasibility
  • Evaluate value propositions and support go/no-go decisions using business value and ROI
  • Produce functional sketches, schematics, process flows, and prototypes
  • Develop scalable solutions using business design principles and operational expertise
  • Use the BBH product suite and technology architecture effectively
  • Find opportunities to reuse existing microservices and capabilities
  • Improve product designs through stakeholder, user, and client feedback
  • Account for scalability, cost, operational efficiency, and risk in solution design
  • Work with Systems, Technology, and Change Management teams on feasibility, costs, and development strategy
  • Challenge design assumptions, technical approaches, and development estimates
  • Define timelines, deliverables, ownership, risks, and project governance
  • Serve as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams when required
  • Validate product and functional assumptions with internal business stakeholders
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve agreed product outcomes
  • Set product adoption targets and success measures
  • Present product capabilities to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Support sales by explaining product capabilities and client value
  • Collect, analyse, and apply feedback
  • Manage client expectations throughout development and implementation
  • Support client rollout and adoption
  • Maintain and update the product roadmap in response to market changes, feedback, and business needs

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, with the ability to identify core problems and opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to turn complex challenges into practical product solutions
  • Forward-looking approach to product development
  • Technical understanding and the ability to influence and sponsor technology initiatives
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL is advantageous
  • Understanding of Agile development and Scrum
  • Ability to create clear visual materials with PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools
  • Understanding of data challenges and potential technology solutions
  • Strong commercial focus and understanding of ROI
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and advance initiatives
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
  • Comfort engaging directly with clients and prospects and representing products externally
  • Collaborative relationship-building across Product, Technology, Operations, Change Management, and other functions
