Supply Chain and Operations Manager - Florida Remote

Lead supply chain and operations for Super Speciosa’s consumer wellness and supplement brands. Manage inventory, suppliers, manufacturing, quality compliance, packaging, logistics, and fulfillment.

Description

  • Lead supply planning and operational delivery across a growing portfolio of consumer wellness and supplement brands.
  • Manage product movement from demand planning and purchase orders through manufacturing, quality release, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Track inventory, sales velocity, open orders, projected stock coverage, and SKU-level demand forecasts.
  • Anticipate stockouts, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and manage working capital.
  • Prepare, submit, monitor, and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
  • Track production, escalate delays, and coordinate priorities for launches, reformulations, and product transitions.
  • Own brand-side quality and compliance decisions, including product release, holds, disposition, investigations, corrective actions, traceability, and recall readiness.
  • Apply dietary supplement cGMP standards, including 21 CFR Part 111, when overseeing suppliers and outsourced manufacturing.
  • Review quality records, testing, labels, packaging, claims, version control, and final artwork approvals.
  • Coordinate packaging artwork and maintain approved artwork, specifications, proofs, and production records.
  • Manage the third-party logistics relationship and monitor receiving, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, damages, backorders, and shipping exceptions.
  • Evaluate fulfillment, parcel, freight, packaging, and accessorial expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Keep accurate inventory, purchase order, production, receipt, and balance records.
  • Report stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, open orders, delivery commitments, and purchasing requirements.
  • Develop scalable operating processes and documentation.
  • Report directly to the CEO and manage no direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Have direct experience managing contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Use strong analytical skills to turn sales and inventory data into purchasing decisions.
  • Have experience creating, managing, and reconciling purchase orders against receipts and invoices.
  • Understand dietary supplement cGMP requirements under 21 CFR Part 111 and the quality responsibilities of brands using outsourced manufacturing, including label compliance, product release, traceability, and recall readiness.
  • Exercise sound judgment when making quality and compliance decisions, document the rationale, and involve qualified expertise when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
  • Work effectively with multiple internal teams and external partners in a globally distributed environment.
  • Use spreadsheets confidently and learn inventory, ERP, accounting, and warehouse systems as needed.
  • Be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with some flexibility.
  • Experience in supplements is strongly preferred; experience in another regulated product category is not required.
