Description

  • Plan and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Produce simple graphics and short-form videos
  • Reply to comments and messages using the brand’s tone of voice
  • Monitor engagement and share weekly performance reports
  • Look into trends and develop content ideas
  • Manage the UK brand’s day-to-day social media calendar
  • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

Requirements

  • Have experience running social media for a brand or business
  • Be comfortable using Canva and a scheduling tool such as Metricool or Buffer
  • Write clearly in English and have a strong eye for content
  • Understand the basics of social media analytics
  • Meet deadlines reliably
  • Video editing with CapCut is a plus
  • Knowledge of paid social fundamentals is a plus
  • Experience writing captions for UK audiences is a plus
