SharePoint Web Developer (Hybrid)

Develop SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for federal IT customers while maintaining accessible public-sector web content. Support Agile delivery, secure development, service portals, and Microsoft 365 platforms.

Description

  • Build, test, and maintain custom Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, SPFx, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Automate business workflows and enhance user experience based on the government-prioritized backlog
  • Maintain and configure public-facing government web content across front-end and back-end systems using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Apply Section 508 accessibility, responsive design, and government coding standards to web content and applications
  • Produce Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) for applications when requested
  • Create IT service portal components, forms, and knowledge features in collaboration with UX and ITSM platform teams
  • Contribute to Agile refinement, estimation, development, unit testing, demonstrations, User Acceptance Testing, and stakeholder approval
  • Follow secure coding practices and federal security guidance, including NIST SP 800-218 SSDF
  • Review code and deliver compliant code and configuration packages through platform ownership and Change Management
  • Resolve complex collaboration-platform and web-content issues through Tier II and Tier III support
  • Write Tier 0 knowledge articles and guidance for end users
  • Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, data governance, and security configurations
  • Report development progress and automation recommendations through the Monthly Customer Support Activity Report and CX Roadmap

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification before performing cybersecurity duties, such as CompTIA A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, or SSCP
  • Active Secret Clearance with favorably adjudicated T3/T3R status at start
  • Ability and willingness to obtain Top Secret eligibility after starting if mission requirements call for it
  • Within investigation scope or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation or Continuous Vetting
  • At least 3 years of enterprise web or Power Platform development experience
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern front-end practices, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online/SPFx
  • Experience delivering responsive web content and applications that meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.x requirements
  • Experience working in Agile environments with sprint demonstrations, UAT, and stakeholder acceptance
  • Experience with web content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite for web graphics
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and move throughout an office and between multiple buildings
