Description

  • Build and expand new and existing customer accounts
  • Prospect small and large businesses with signage or lighting through cold calls
  • Explain technical issues clearly and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate effectively with a range of customer types
  • Deliver work on schedule in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment
  • Manage diverse responsibilities and complete additional assigned duties

Requirements

  • Relevant lighting, electrical, or sign experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to perform the role
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
  • Confident and effective cold-calling skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues through clear, effective presentations
  • Self-directed work style with minimal supervision
